Carnage outside Melbourne train station as 14 'deliberately' mown down by speeding SUV that sent pedestrians "flying everywhere"

number of pedestrians were on the ground and images on social media showed the injured being treated by bystanders.
Heavily armed police responded and two people, including the suspected driver, were arrested at the scene. It was believed the two men were relatives, local media reported.
Victorian paramedics said 13 people were taken to hospitals. Two more people were being assessed by medics at the scene. However, some reports have put the injured count as high as 19.
Dramatic footage from the scene shows smoke coming out of the vehicle moments after it came to a halt as bystanders on the street ran towards the vehicle.
A man in a white shirt is then pulled by police out of the vehicle and was reportedly arrested. Officers appear to be securing his arms behind his back while he is face-down on the street. Sky more
